RETURNS

We closely inspect all items before shipping. However, if for some reason your special surprise arrives damaged or broken in any way ­ we will replace it as quickly as possible. Because we are a company based on surprises and the art of careful selection, we cannot accept returns based on the recipient's dislike or change of mind regarding the purchase. It's always nice to pass it on to a friend or put in your gift closet for that emergency gift need. Your recipient will receive the same information with their first delivery regarding returns in the event of damaged or broken goods.

Any information we collect from you when you purchase a subscription or any other follow­up support (inlcuding shopping assistance) will not be shared with any third parties. With your permission we may inquire about sending you future emails to ensure we are serving our customers in the best and most successful of ways. COST

Subscriptions start at $34.95/month and include FREE SHIPPING. We do have to charge and pay tax, and since we stock, select and ship from Pennsylvania, all shipments will be charged at a 6% tax rate. We also charge a one-time handling fee of $12.00 for all memberships, regardless of the length of subscription. This charge helps defray the cost of boxing, wrapping and communication costs and further enables us to contribute to the women's charity organizations that we support.
